This week I connected on the Visionary Nurse page over Facebook Live to intentionally create a time of spiritual refreshing in the midst of the current global pandemic.
As, it’s been an intense several weeks for many, especially healthcare workers, I felt moved to provide a space to replenish ourselves from the stress, distress, and collective trauma that many our encountering in our society.
At the same time, there are also many who are just trying to do their best to stay connected in this season of #socialdistancing and #physicaldistancing while navigating the day-to-day (often imperfect) flow of what has become a disrupted “norm“.
So, this Day 1 clip is to highlight the theme I focused on for this particular day, and wanted to share it with you, as a way to encourage you — however and wherever you find yourself.
