Innovation truly seems to be the buzzword in healthcare right now, especially as it pertains to nurses. Although the concept of innovation is nothing... well, innovative - the idea of nurses being recognized beyond the bedside, is an innovative concept. Nurses are unique in their ability to be a fluid and relevant asset in many different settings. And nurses all over the world are understanding the need (or experiencing the frustration), of needing something "different."
