Although the ritual of welcoming the New Year may feel like it's wearing off, and the newness of a fresh start may start to wane, it's still early in the New Year to establish the goals and vision you have for yourself.
In reality, each day is a new start, if we choose to look at it that way. Instead of letting tradition drive your change, take the perspective that everyday is my opportunity to start again. And in that perspective-shift, don't let circumstances keep you stagnant or fearful from moving forward.
