I had never heard of the term EntrepreNurse until I tuned into the #johnsonandjohnson Notes on Nursing podcast, passed along by a nurse colleague. Essentially an EntrepreNurse is an innovative nurse who thinks outside of the box in their approach to health care and all major problems that need a solution. So basically, all nurses!
And let's just say, this podcast has been absolutely transformational, as I have had the opportunity to listen to current thought-leaders and their take on being innovative, visionary, and influential in the nursing arena. Believe me when I say, let's continue to create a legacy of thinking outside of the box.
