\ S E L F - C A R E / These last few weeks, I've been trying to practice what I preach, and find some opportunities to rest my mind a bit.
It's often easier said than done, but just being intentional and giving myself space to digest what's happening around has been helpful to reset me, as well as give me room to make sure I'm staying aligned with my overall vision.
For all of us, the busyness of life, the chaos of the day-to-day...just general life pressures...can make you feel like you're being pushed off track. So, I hope you get some time to take a step back and re-visit where you're going, so you can continue to be effective in your own vision (even if it looks a little different than what you expected).
