About Me

HERE TO INVEST IN YOUR VISION

I am Owner of Antonette Montalvo Consulting and Coaching Services - where I serve as Vision & Purpose Coach, Consultant, Health Advocate & Educator, and motivational speaker and author.

I also founded the Visionary Nurse® brand and Co-founded Montalvo International, an organization focused on helping Kingdom-minded people live Kingdom-driven lives. Montalvo International's signature initiative is Montalvo International Community Health Initiative - a community-focused grassroots effort committed to collaboratively addressing the health disparities seen in vulnerable communities.

My experiences span various sectors, as I am a board-certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, hold a bachelors degree in Education, as well as minors in global health in nursing and Spanish. I also have the privilege of being an alum of both Emory University and the University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing,

With a passion to inspire the vision, purpose, and leadership in others, I released my first book: Visionary Nurse®: 90-days of Inspirational Musings on being Influentially Visionary in 2019 as an e-book, and in 2022 as a physical product. The resource is designed to motivate, encourage and inspire you to dare to be influentially visionary!

What's my motivation?

As a Consultant, I carry out my desire to create effective and sustainable change in the lives of children and their families, by impacting the health of the community as a whole and leveraging available resources through strategic collaboration.​​

With over a decade of experience in developing health education, promotion, and initiatives, both nationally and internationally, I will help equip you with the tools you need to craft your own passionately compassionate initiatives as you dare to be visionary.

My passions are also accompanied by an extensive amount of experience living and traveling throughout Central America and the Caribbean, which solidified my belief that cultural competency and sensitivity is a key to establishing effective relationships with patients and families.

As a Vision & Purpose Coach, I am passionately dedicated to helping you live a life with purpose and influence. By mentoring, coaching, and advising others on being truly visionary, we are able to understand how to develop as a leader, stay motivated, and leave a legacy that will impact how you live out your own dreams and purpose, and transform the landscape of your sphere of influence.

My motivation as a coach does not solely come from my learned experiences in motivational interviewing and health coaching as a nurse, but also through the impact of lived experiences where I have personally learned how to be resilient in the midst of tragedy, transition, and hardships. Because of that, it is my desire to help you stay true to your own dreams and visions despite the heaviness of life circumstances. I want to support you as you write your own story through your own journey, pain, and joy. I want you to understand how to develop as a leader, stay motivated, and leave a legacy.
