Visionary Nurse® Group Coaching Program

Service Description

Spark your vision in this inspiring, one-of-a-kind group coaching program designed to encourage, inspire, and motivate you to dare to be influentially visionary. Led by Antonette Montalvo, Owner of Antonette Montalvo Consulting and Coaching Services and your Visionary Nurse®. In this coaching program, we will take a deep dive into the concepts of visionary resilience, a faith-based approach to life and leadership, importance of work-life integration, and personal sustainability with monthly one-hour group sessions (6 sessions in total). Each participant will also be provided a 20-minute, quarterly, 1-on-1 coaching session (3 in total) with Antonette Montalvo for a personalized opportunity to intentionally dive into 1-2 professional and personal goals. Antonette will also deliver one (1) mid-week personal accountability check-in text each week. As a part of this program, you will also receive access to a program-specific community group for a safe and supportive space to discuss your vision, goals, challenges, and areas of growth, as well as the Visionary Nurse® Visionary Resilience E-Course. Within the group, themed topics will be posted each month with "homework" designed to create opportunities to reflect on your visionary influence throughout the duration of the program. As an extra bonus, each participant will also receive their own Visionary Nurse® Swag, including: a vision-inspiring t-shirt, a Living a Visionary Life™ mug, and a Visionary Nurse® spiral-bound notebook. Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, please provide 24 hour advance notice Additional policies: DISCLAIMER Neither the Company nor its agent, Antonette Montalvo, are the Client’s clinician, therapist, public relations manager or business manager. There is no guarantee that Client will earn any money using the techniques, ideas and materials presented in the Course. Client understands that a business relationship does not exist between the parties after the conclusion of the Program. If the parties choose to continue their relationship, a separate agreement will be entered into. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY The Course is developed for strictly informational purposes. Client accepts and agrees that Client is 100% responsible for his or her progress and results from the Course. Consultant makes no representations, warranties or guarantees verbally or in writing as to results. Client understands that because of the nature of the service, the results experienced by each client may significantly vary. Client acknowledges that as with any business endeavor, there is an inherent risk of loss of capital and there is no guarantee that Client will reach his or her goals as a result of participation in the Course. REFUNDS We have so much confidence in our ability to help you unlock your potential that all sales are final upon payment. However, if in the event you decide the Course did not meet your expectations, the Consultant is willing to reasonably remediate the situation with the Client, within a appropriate timeframe (no less than 1 day, no more than 28 days), based upon written and agreed upon reasonable measures, determined mutually by both the Consultant and Client.
